NACS connectors and conversion kits for

Level 2 AC and DC fast commercial solutions, as well as our Home Flex product. At the center of our interoperability efforts — literally — is our one-of-a-kind advanced testing lab (colloquially known as “the garage”) located at ChargePoint headquarters in Campbell, California.

We perform interoperability testing on-site to ensure our AC and DC charging platforms work seamlessly (and tirelessly) with every vehicle on the road today and tomorrow.

Making EV charging reliable

In 2023, we announced our new Network Operations Center (NOC), an industry-first initiative to improve EV charging network reliability. With 24/7 proactive station monitoring and predictive analytics, we plan to leverage applied artificial intelligence to ensure charger uptime and fast incident response.

ChargePoint was able to check all of the boxes for our requirements but most important to go the long haul and meet our goals. There’s no better people to maintain the equipment than the people who built the equipment. For as long as we want to run the vehicles, which is typically 18 years, the charging provider needs to be around.
